These Terms of Use is a legal agreement between you and E.G.P.N. Entrepreneurship Ltd., a registered business in Israel with the company number 515808418 and its affiliates (collectively, the  “Company”), regarding the use of this Website and any Mobile Application related (together, the  “Website”), which includes online or electronic documentation and associated media. These terms also apply to any updates, supplements, web content or Internet-based services.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

By making a purchase, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are making a purchase on your own behalf or on behalf of your child or a person in your legal care. If you are a parent or guardian making a purchase on behalf of your child, you are fully responsible for the child’s use of our services, including all financial charges and legal liabilities, which your child may incur.

Orders are processed and shipped within one week.

Our cancellation and refund policy comply with Israel’s Consumer Protection Law of 1981 & 2010.

Warranties

Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. In the case of a damaged product, items under warranty can be returned in their original packaging to our store. We will deal directly with the manufacturer regarding your warranty claim.

Payments

It should be noted that our website conforms to the PCI security standards which safeguards payment account data.

All products can be charged in U.S. Dollars, Euro or Israeli Shekels and thus billing prices might deviate slightly from the viewing prices due to currency conversion fluctuations.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our offerings of products and services on the Service. The products or services available on our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites.

Company reserves the right to bar any such activity.

You may not use the Website or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of the Company or others. 

You may use the Website for your personal use only. It is strictly prohibited to use the Website for any purpose other than personal and non-commercial use. In addition, it is strictly prohibited to use any content, text, names or any other material appearing on the Website except for the purpose hereof.

Termination

Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.

If for any reason any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid, void or unenforceable, then to the extent and in the places only where such provision is determined to be invalid, void or unenforceable it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You and we each agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel, for the adjudication of any dispute arising out of these Terms and Conditions, including your use of our website and purchase of goods from us. 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

We will place any updates on the Service.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

There are times when an item needs to be exchanged or returned. Please see below for our policies regarding exchanges, returns and cancellations.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ephraim@1832comms.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
